REAL ESTATE FORECAST 2010
On Thursday, January 7th, NorthStar Title presents Real Estate Forecast 2010. John R. Funk and Peter J. Chudyk lead a discussion regarding future tax credits and real estate qualifications for individuals. Dr. Ted Jones, Director of Investor Relations of Stewart Information Services returns to Cleveland by popular demand to deliver his real estate forecast for 2010.

Closing Protection Letter
January 1, 2007, every real estate closing involving real property in Ohio in which title insurance is to be issued, the title insurance company or title insurance agent must offer closing protection coverage to the lender, buyer/borrower, and seller in the form of a Closing Protection Letter mandated by the Ohio Department of Insurance.
